'Tis The Season For Cuffing

Last year I posted all about cuffing season, you can read it here.  As anti "cuffing" as I am, I must admit there is an appeal that I never really saw before:

Netflix and chill will really mean Netflix and chill with no secret underlying meaning.  You can both be beat up from a long day and literally just hang out on the couch and watch tv and maybe pizza.

Awkward booty calls become non-existent because everyone and their mother knows you are "cuffed" away until at least St. Patrick's Day.

You have reached the point in your "cuffing" relationship where it is ok to wear sweats and no make up.  Hello to comfort and healthier skin.

You can use them as an excuse to get out of dreaded holiday functions.."Oh the company Christmas party?  I can't, that is so and sos family gathering.  Thanks though."

Brunch is now a time to actually venture into the world.  Is it just me, or have y'all noticed that brunch has taken the place of a Saturday night date?  Better yet if you get brunch followed by a Saturday night date... I am not one to judge.

John Mayer's "St. Patrick's Day" actually makes more sense in terms of whatever your relationship is or isn't.

The awkward phase of what are you and what aren't you has flown out the window until spring arrives.

No more awkward questions regarding why you are single at family functions in the coming months.

Sometimes "cuffing" turns into more... Much more.
